Our looms are well equipped with quality conscious as well with very clean environment. We deal with 100% cotton, Polyester, Lycra, Recron, Jute, and etc, we have well source in Handlooms, powerlooms, autolooms, sulzzerlooms, jetlooms and advance technology build looms.

Quality Assurance

All the process of the items and the finished goods are supervised and quality check is done and certified Textile Technology professionals. Upon request we also provide you Lab test report of SGS / SITRA and all other ISL.

Dyes

We use AZO Free dyes and upon the client's request, we also follow the Pantone colors and shades. We can do both fabric dyeing and Yarn dyeing.We can do natural and bio colors are used.Every time we update new technology dyes for biological concept.

Stitching & Embroidery

We make new designs in stitching and embroidery as well designs of your specifications. We have the units set up to run for 24 X 7. The units can make cushion covers (With stuffed or without stuffed), Quilts etc. We can stuff jute or cotton or Recron for stuffing based on your requirement. In stitching quality make single, double, ziczac, and many different types. In Quality is Fine and exact finishing given each piece.

Packing

Upon the request of the client, we even pack 100% ECO friendly products such that 100% cotton material being packed with 100% recycled paper

Other process

We also do various other processes like Zero Zero Finish, Silicon wash, brushing, Mercerizing, printing ,water restricted, fire restricted ,etc.
